EU and UK Customers: Right to Cancel
If your order ships to the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason.
To qualify for cancellation under this right:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is defective or incorrect.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost.
For returns due to change of mind or other non-defective reasons, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
For EU and UK customers exercising their right of cancellation, return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
